Workpiece robot

direct loading

Maximum productivity for larger series

What exactly is workpiece

robot direct loading?

Workpiece part families with similar dimensions, weights and blank contours are the focus of this type of automation. The workpieces are gripped directly by the robot and inserted into a pneumatically or hydraulically controlled vise. No expensive multiple clamping devices are required, but component-specific grippers with adapted gripper jaws for each blank and finished part. The conversion or changeover to another workpiece is more complex and time-consuming, but larger series can be produced most quickly here.
